Returns & Exchanges

At Bestomart, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase through a transparent and efficient return process. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Bestomart account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping center or schedule a pickup using the prepaid return label provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
